MADRID, 9 DE AGOSTO DE 2024.- Hazte Oír ha presentado en las últimas 24 horas dos medidas legales contra altos cargos españoles tras el reingreso y posterior fuga de Carles Puigdemont, sobre el que pesa una orden de detención.
En la mañana de hoy, Hazte Oír ha presentado la segunda de las medidas: denuncia contra el Ministro de Interior, Grande-Marlaska, ante el Tribunal Supremo. “Es nuestro deber poner en conocimiento de la judicatura lo ocurrido con el fugitivo Puigdemont y hacerlo además para que se investigue si Marlaska pudo llevar a cabo actos u omisiones que facilitasen la segunda fuga del propio Puigdemont” ha indicado Ignacio Arsguada, presidente de Hazte Oír.
“Estas medidas legales pueden suponer un nuevo frente complicado para el Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez. Sabemos que si se detiene a Puigdemont Sánchez no contará con el apoyo de los catalanistas y por eso lo ocurrido ayer es tan grave. La no detención de Puigdemont podría no ser casual y los españoles merecen que se investigue a todos los posibles responsables” ha querido señalar Arsuaga.
Hazte Oír, asociación comprometida con la defensa de la unidad de España y la libertad, comunicó en el día de ayer la primera de las medidas vinculadas al los lamentables acontecimiento en Cataluña. “La querella interpuesta contra el Presidente en funciones de la Generalidad y otros altos cargos que comunicamos ayer mismo es el ejemplo de que Hazte Oír va a luchar para que se sepa la verdad hasta el final” ha informado el propio Arsuaga.
El presidente de Hazte Oír, Ignacio Arsuaga, ha destacado la importancia de estas dos medidas con las siguientes palabras: “Tras la nueva fuga de Puigdemont y no haberse procedido a su detención, los españoles merecen saber que Hazte Oír, como venimos haciendo, siempre va a defender sus intereses. Iremos contra los responsables, caiga quien caiga”.

- The citizens’ association has requested the Supreme Court of Spain to investigate the Minister of Interior in relation to Puigdemont’s re-entry into Spanish territory and his subsequent departure.
MADRID, AUGUST 9, 2024.- In the last 24 hours, Hazte Oír has taken two legal actions against high-ranking Spanish officials following the re-entry and subsequent escape of Carles Puigdemont, who is subject to an arrest warrant.
This morning, Hazte Oír presented the second measure: a complaint against the Minister of Interior, Grande-Marlaska, before the Supreme Court. «It is our duty to inform the judiciary of what transpired with the fugitive Puigdemont and to do so in order to investigate whether Marlaska may have carried out acts or omissions that facilitated Puigdemont’s second escape,» stated Ignacio Arsuaga, president of Hazte Oír.
«These legal measures may represent a new complicated front for Pedro Sánchez’s government. We know that if Puigdemont is arrested, Sánchez will not have the support of the Catalan nationalists, and that is why what occurred yesterday is so serious. The failure to arrest Puigdemont may not be coincidental, and the Spanish people deserve an investigation into all possible responsible parties,» Arsuaga pointed out.
Hazte Oír, an association committed to defending the unity of Spain and freedom, communicated yesterday the first of the measures related to the regrettable events in Catalonia. «The complaint filed against the acting President of the Generalitat and other high-ranking officials, which we announced yesterday, is an example that Hazte Oír will fight to uncover the truth to the very end,» Arsuaga himself reported.
The president of Hazte Oír, Ignacio Arsuaga, emphasized the importance of these two measures with the following words: «After Puigdemont’s new escape and the failure to proceed with his arrest, the Spanish people deserve to know that Hazte Oír, as we have been doing, will always defend their interests. We will go after those responsible, regardless of who they may be.»
